1. Who we are
teKnoculture operates contentresonance.ai, a platform that helps practitioners — therapists, realtors, coaches, and other professionals — create culturally grounded social media content. These terms govern your use of the platform.
2. What the platform does
The platform uses AI-assisted workflows to generate social media copy, image prompts, and audience profiles based on inputs you provide. All generated content is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before publishing.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outputs that do not reflect your voice or intent. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any professional context.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to generate content that is deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable law. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or research methodology.
5. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you submit — brand profiles, copy, audience descriptions, and similar inputs. By submitting content you grant teKnoculture a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the service.
Inputs submitted through the public landing page demos (before account creation) may be retained for service improvement and research. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out instructions.
6. Generated content
Content generated by the platform is provided to you for your use. teKnoculture makes no claim of ownership over outputs generated from your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicable professional standards for your field.
7. Billing and quotas
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan quotas (events and cost limits) are set at the plan level and reset monthly. Unused quota does not carry over. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.
8. Service availability
We provide the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, teKnoculture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless teKnoculture and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the platform; (b) content you submit or publish through the platform; or (c) your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
teKnoculture will indemnify you against claims by third parties that the platform itself — excluding your inputs and generated content — directly infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, provided you notify us promptly and cooperate with our defense.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
