1. What we collect and why

2. Landing page demos
When you use a public demo (such as the audience profile tool on our realtor landing page), the answers you type and the AI-generated profile are saved to help us understand practitioner language and improve the service. No account is required and no email is collected at this step.
**To opt out:** Check the "Don't save my answers" box before submitting the demo form. Your answers will be processed to generate your profile but will not be retained afterward.
3. How we use your data
We do not sell your data. We do not use your brand profile or content inputs to train AI models. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes and are used solely to deliver transactional account notifications.
If you opt in to SMS notifications: message frequency varies based on account activity, typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party services for database and authentication, payment processing, AI model routing and image generation, workflow automation, and media storage. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service. We have agreements in place limiting their use of your data to service delivery purposes.

### Connected social platforms
If you connect a social media account, we request only the access needed to publish content on your behalf:

We do not read, modify, or delete any data on these platforms beyond what's needed to complete a publish action you initiate, and we do not use data from these platforms to train AI models. You can revoke our access at any time from your account's Connections settings, or directly through each platform's own permissions page (for Google-connected accounts: [myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)).
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage events are retained for billing and analytics. Landing page demo submissions are retained indefinitely unless you opt out at submission time or request deletion.
To request deletion of your data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request."
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and separation of service credentials. Authentication is handled without storing passwords. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but no system is completely secure.
8. Children
The platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify account holders by email before material changes take effect.
